The Don Ausman Foundation is a 501c3 Non-Profit Charity and supports the Alternative Spring Break for students.
Having Fun…Helping Others!
We lost young Don, just 22, in 2009. But, Don set a GREAT example for us all....to Help Others in Need. Don's Foundation is dedicated to encouraging College Students to choose the Alternative Break, where Students choose to travel on their Vacations breaks and Help others less fortunate. We're so proud of the Great Example that Don has set for young Students. Take a good look Don's website and join us as we now promote his Great Cause....The Alternative Break.

Endless Summer Runs
BOTH Runs SOLD OUT again in 2023
November 23th, 2024 -
2024 will be our 21st Annual Endless Summer 10K Cross Country and 5K Beach Run/Walk. Both the 10K and 5K have SOLD OUT 10 years in a row! These 2 Great Runs are presented by Don's Friends and benefit 2 Great Charities...Don's FRIENDS and Friends of Anastasia. The Event is hosted by Anastasia State Park, which is a BEAUTIFUL Ocean Front State Park located in St. Augustine, Florida.....Over 4 Miles of PRISTINE Ocean Front Beach. Ocean Front, Anastasia State Park is an active Sea Turtle breading ground. Our very popular graphics for the Endless Summer Runs feature a New Sea Turtle graphic each year. Our Turtle Shirts are Very Popular. Each runner will receive a Performance Tech T-shirt featuring our full-color Turtle graphic. Runners also receive a beautiful bag (value $30.00), a Finishers Medal and other goodies. This year is our BEST EVER !! See our RUN INFO Page for Info on our 10K , 5K and our Virtual Run options.
We also have a GREAT Silent Auction at the event on Friday and Saturday where you can bid and WIN Great items for Great prices !! And the proceeds go to our 2 Charities !!
Visit the Silent Auction area at Endless Summer Run near packet pick up. Great holiday gifts, Gift Baskets, Jewelry, Art, and Gift Cards. Auction ends Saturday at 8:15am at the start of the race. Auction winners please pick up your items after the race. All proceeds benefit Don’s Friends and Friends of Anastasia State Park charities.
PROCEEDS and DONATIONS:
We have no paid employees. All of the over 100 helpers at our events are Volunteers….. This Includes the Over-Worked and Under-Appreciated Race Director ! :)
All Profits and Donation will benefit these two fine 501c3 Charities.
1) The Don Ausman Foundation - Promoting College Students to use their vacation breaks to help others in need.
2) Friends of Anastasia - Helping and supporting our beautiful Anastasia State Park.
