| Mike Wauldron POSITION: Marketing Job Description: Don's Brother, Mike will be working from the Michigan office. Don and Mike have great memories of their runs together. Mike will promote the Foundation by establishing a Running Group in Michigan. |

| Michelle Ausman POSITION: Manager Job Description: Michelle will run Don's Michigan office and help with promotions for the Foundation. Her dedication to Don will continue as she works to fulfill Don's Life Goals. |

| Jim Wauldron POSITION: Director Job Description: Jim, with help from Jim Jr., will be responsible for the Foundation Web Site, sales, marketing and promotions. Jim is Honored to work with Don's Foundation and raise funds for Don's causes. Jim will work from their office in Florida. |

| Meet the Management of the Don Ausman Foundation |
| The Don Ausman Foundation was founded due to Don's inspiration and dedication to the Alternative Break Program. Although Don will not be able to work with us here, Don will run this Foundation through his past example and inspiration. Don has a very dedicated staff to run his Foundation. Don has chosen individuals that Love him and are Dedicated to promote his wonderful cause through the Don Ausman Foundation......and he knows that they will. |
| Don taught us all that we can Have FUN and Help Others too. Through Don's involvement with the Alternative Break program at Michigan State University, Don joined fellow students by choosing to spend his Vacation Breaks helping others in need. Sure, they had FUN....and lots of it! The Students travel around the world searching for areas in need of their help. This could be painting Elementary Schools, playing with local children, feeding the poor, helping the sick, and many others great causes. As you look at photos on this web site, you will clearly see that the Students were having FUN while they were helping others. When we lost Don, we lost a "Great Leader" and promoter of this special program... The Alternative Break. We have formed the Don Ausman Foundation to continue in his Great example...... ....to continue his dream to help others in need. The Don Ausman Foundation will work to provide funding for Students who choose the Alternative Break. This is a Great Cause and the Foundation Slogan defines Dons Life... Having FUN......Helping Others. |
