| Don's FRIENDS SUP Divisions Stock 12 ft and under, Race 12.6, 14 and up. The Relays will be 4 person coed. If you sign up for individual that allows you a relay or team. That means someone on the relay team has to have raced the individual. The races will be Battle of the Paddle style. The individual race will consist of lap format. That means you will do approximate 1/2 mile lap around buoys and back to the beach and dismount board run up the beach around a flag and back to water on to board for another lap. 2 laps for the stock and 4 laps for the race. Relay will be out around a buoy in water back to beach and change team riders with next rider jumping on same board and paddling around the buoy and back until all 4 team members have gone.
